Booking Policies

Book Direct  - To view our unique room packages and to benefit from better terms and conditions, please book your stay by visiting our website or if you prefer, please call us.

Payments - The Hotel reserves the right to charge the nominated Credit/Debit Card submitted as a guarantee within 72 hours of arrival.

For ALL reservations that exceeds £500 – 25% deposit to be taken at time of booking which will be refundable if cancelled when complying within your relevant cancellation policy

Early Bird – Non-refundable Offer – Fully prepaid at the time of booking with no date changes nor free cancellations permitted.

Parking

There is a small car park at the rear of the hotel with approximately 15 spaces, these are allocated on a first come basis. Alternatively, there is free parking in the roads surrounding the hotel.

Accommodation

Opened in 1897, this Edwardian Grade II-listed building has an elegant style and an excellent location. Having recently completed a full refurbishment of both our common spaces and our 30 bedrooms of varying sizes, we have kept the elegant Edwardian character of the building, from stained glass windows to our original grand staircase. Our newly renovated boutique rooms now offer a modern, comfortable, and chic getaway.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome at the Cliftonville.Please let us know ahead of your visit if you require any additional facilities or amenities during your stay.

The Cliftonville is in a prime location just a quarter of a mile from the town centre as well as Cromer Pier.  With a variety of shops in our lovely town, our hotel is in the perfect location to use as a during your stay.
As well as exploring our seaside town, there are many other activities available in nearby towns and villages too such as Sheringham, Holt, Wells-next-the-sea and many more!  We are located just 23 miles from Norwich City centre.  Norwich is one of Britain’s most beautiful historic cities, with The Lanes, Norwich Market and Chantry place being some of the best places in Britain for shopping.

Dog Policies

Dogs are welcome at our hotel and all of our bedrooms are dog friendly. There is a £15 charge per dog, per night.

Transport

The Cliftonville is located a quarter of a mile from Cromer train station and is also located a quarter of a mile from the Cromer bus interchange. From these transport sites you can travel to nearby towns such as; Sheringham, Holt, Norwich, Wells-next-the-sea, and many more.
Parking is available at the rear of the hotel, and in neighbouring streets.

Accessibility

We have wheelchair access at the side of the hotel, lift accessible floors and wheelchair accessible rooms.
Though we have wheelchair accessible rooms, none of our en-suite bathrooms are wet rooms.
